Hi, I'm Michelle, a coupon-crazy Maineah! This page is intended to be a public forum for sharing of tips, tricks and match-ups specific to Maine and the New England area. Are you tired of coupon match-ups that reference coupons we didn't get locally? Me too, so here we are, focusing on local stores and coupons that are received in Maine Newspapers!

New Year's Eve at Walmart!
Last night's Walmart trip was yet another "if I hadn't let him talk me into that, the savings would have been so much better" sort of lesson. The culprit this time; crackers, lots and lots of crackers. Here's the rundown:
6 Flip Sides Crackers (my boys love these) at $2.50 each
Used 3 $1/2 from the 11/13 RP
Paid $12 for 6 boxes
4 Wasa Cracker Breads $1.68 each
Used 2 $1.50/2 Wasa Crackers
Paid $3.72, only $.93 each!
2 Oral B Essentials Flosses $1.14 each
Used 2 $1/1 Oral-B Floss from the 11/27 P&G (exp 12/31, but you got another one today)
Paid $.28 for 2
4 Crest Kids Toothpaste $1 each
Used 4 $1/1 Crest Kids Toothpaste from the 11/27 P&G (exp 12/31)
All 4 were FREE!!!
4 Aquafresh Extreme Clean Travel Size $.97 each
Used 4 $1/1 Aquafresh Extreme Clean
Free plus $.12 overage!
4 Reynolds Wrap $.98 each
Used 4 $1.25/1 Reynolds Wrap Printables (no longer available)
Free plus $1.08 overage!
SweetTart Candy Canes Reduced to 50% off, $1 each
Used 1 $1/2 Wonka Candy Canes Printables (no longer available)
Final Price $1 for both
Scotch-Brite Soft Sponge $.96
Used 1 $1/1 Scotch-Brite Bathroom Product
Free plus $.04 overage!
Subtotal $38.76
Paid After Coupons $15.76
If I wasn't so nice and let my husband get the crackers, I would have paid $3.76 for $20.40 worth of products. I learned my lesson...no impulse buying, regardless of how cute my husband is!
